How to Add an Event to Our Calendar

Thank you for your interest in submitting your event! This calendar is dedicated to events that take place within Downtown Middletown, but we do sometimes post events that are beyond downtown if they have regional interest and are not business affiliated. Please give us at least 3 business days to get your event up on the website.

How the Calendar works:

Please use the button below to begin. You will be directed to our Tockify form. Make sure to add a title, the date/time, and upload a photo. Please add a SHORT description. Why? We want people to have the most up-to-date info about your event, so anyone who clicks on it will jump to your website or social media page. Underneath the event description, you will need to click the “Both” button for the Event Location Type. This will ensure you include the physical address AND your event’s website or social media page where people can get up-to-date information or buy tickets.
