Owners Talon and Emilie Bergen just celebrated their twelfth wedding anniversary. While Talon has been brewing beer since 2011, Emilie has always hated beer. In 2015, a friend of theirs gave them a bottle of mead. They discovered that mead can be dry… since most commercial mead is still overly sweet. Our product is now 5-7% ABV, sparkling, and insanely refreshing. We serve it as an alternative beverage to anything else available on the market, and we know you’ll love it!
